9th/ 12th grade league

We will divide the players up into teams. (we might put grade levels together depending on numbers), they will get 30 minutes of instruction on skills and rules and will end with a scrimmage against other teams.

A coach will be assigned to the team (If you are interested in coaching please let us know).

The coaches will lead the scrimmages.

Games will be scheduled between 1PM and 3PM.

What do you need?

- A mouthguard

- Shin guards

- Cleats or tennis shoes

- Stick (can be borrowed from KC Field Hockey)
